Please use this SR once the Admins confirm that the Committee Member account username has been adjusted.


NOTES FOR TICKET PROCESSORS!


Once the SR is provided, if the user responds saying they would like to have the accounts merged, please reply back to the Administrators to notify them of the request. 


Once the Administrators let us know that the accounts have been merged, please provide the Account Merge Request | Update to User SR.

The USTA Officiating Development Hub Administrators have provided an update to your ticket. Kindly note you will now be able to log in by following the steps below:


To log in to your USTA LeadershipLab Committee account, please do the following:

1. Navigate to https://usta.csod.com/login/render.aspx?id=llexternal


2. Enter your username and password:

  • Your username is now set to: [ENTER NEW USERNAME PROVIDED BY THE ADMINS]
  • Your password has not been changed, let us know if you need a password reset and we can coordinate that for you.


To log in to your USTA Officiating Development Hub account, please do the following:

1. Navigate to https://www.usta.com/myofficiatingdevelopment


2. Click on the blue "OFFICIALS & TDs - Click here!" button.



3. Enter your USTA.com account credentials and click Sign In. 


Tip: These are the same credentials you will use for your OfficialsFirst account


If you would prefer to have these two accounts merged, please let us know, and we will escalate the request to the USTA Officiating Development Hub Administrators so they can take the appropriate steps to bring all of your transcript records together. All your data and information will still be sent to OfficialsFirst if you choose this option, but you will have additional steps to find your Officiating pages once logged in.
