Should a user have a Course Assignment Inquiry, please check the user's Job Class from within their user record (Job Class is listed under National Custom Fields). If the team member is Non-Manager Staff, they should receive the employee version of the training. If they are in any other Job Class and are questioning why they received the manager training, please utilize the verbiage below provided by the Admins:

We have validated your job class in your profile, and USTA recognizes you as a member of management. Although you may not have any direct team members, you are required to take the Manager version of this training because you are a recognized member of USTA Leadership.
