After escalation, when the Admins give the go-ahead, provide the SR that explains to the user what changes will occur if they choose to merge the accounts:
IMPORTANT! Only provide this if the user has both an Officiating Development Hub account and a Leadership Lab account AND the Admins have reviewed and given us the go ahead to provide the verbiage offering information on the Merge. For more information, please review Multiple Active Accounts | Ticket Level - Start Here

Thank you for your patience while we provide an update.
We have heard back from the administrators regarding your multiple accounts. Kindly see their response below:
Thank you for reaching out about your multiple accounts! Before we complete this merge, we want to make sure you fully understand the potential impact so you can make an informed decision. If we merge your accounts: - Your main navigation will become your Staff Navigation from the Leadership Lab. You’ll need to access Officiating pages through the hamburger menu.
- Your Officiating homepage will no longer be your default homepage.
- In your credit dashboard and in OfficialsFirst, you’ll see all Staff training alongside your Officiating training - even if the Staff courses don’t carry credit in the Officiating library.
- Your transcript will be combined into a joint record of both Staff and Officiating content.
- Any officiating learning requests for external training would go through your Section staff manager rather than directly to the officiating team.
- We cannot guarantee or predict how your experience with future officiating learning and development in the Hub may differ from users who do not have merged accounts.
By keeping your accounts separate, navigation and transcript organization are often easier, and your officiating learning experience remains consistent with other officials. Our recommendation is to keep your accounts separate - but if you’d still like to proceed with the merge, please let us know. |
We look forward to your response and assisting you further. In the meantime, have a pleasant day!
Sincerely,
