The USTA Leadership Lab advised that all Seasonal Staff users access Leadership Lab via username and password. Please provide the SR below to assist Seasonal Staff with login.
If the user replies stating they still can’t login or request for a password reset, please manually reset their password and provide the temporary password via email. (Via Freshchat automation)

2. Please enter the username and password provided to you via email, in the respective fields and click the ‘Log In’ button.
