When unable to locate an account for a user, please follow the steps below:

  1. Provide the SR below to verify the user type.

  2. If the user group has already rolled out, please refer to the applicable SR. 

  3. If the user group hasn't rolled out yet (Seasonal Staff), please use the Login Inquiry | No Access Yet SR. 


IMPORTANT!

The Leadership Lab rollout for Seasonal Staff will take place later in the year.
