When unable to locate an account for a user, please follow the steps below:

  1. Provide the SR below to verify the user type.

  2. If the user group has already rolled out, please refer to the applicable SR No Account | National Staff OR No Account | Non-National Staff

  3. If the user group hasn't rolled out yet (certain Section/District Staff), please use the Login Inquiry | No Access Yet SR. 


IMPORTANT!

Most user groups now have access to Leadership Lab. The only group who has not fully launched is Section/District Staff: So far, only the Southern California Section Staff has been invited to Leadership Lab.
