The ILT titled “USTA Inclusive Leadership Training: Leading with Appreciation, Awareness, and Accountability” has been made available in the portal.
Sessions: 03/04/25 (New York) and 03/06/25 (Orlando)
Availability: Enrollment should only be available to National Staff who have direct reports or have a leadership type of role. The admins have provided the spreadsheet below with a list of participants.
USTA National - Inclusive Leadership Training ILT Participant's List
Requirement: The completion of this ILT is ‘optional’. However, users may need to complete an online version in the future if they do not attend the live event.

To enroll in the USTA Inclusive Leadership Training: Leading with Appreciation, Awareness, and Accountability! Please follow the steps below:
1. Click the GO TO LEARNING button from the Welcome page.
2. Click the My Transcript link under the Clipboard icon.
3. Click the 'Select a Session' button next to the title: 'USTA Inclusive Leadership Training: Leading with Appreciation, Awareness, and Accountability!'.
4. Scroll down to the desired session, click the down-facing arrow next to the 'View Details' button, and click the Request option.
Once you've followed the instructions above, please let me know if you were able to locate your training and register.
