Some USTA Committee Members may also be USTA Officials. These users will have both a Leadership Lab account and an Officiating Development Hub account, which should not be a problem. However, they may experience SSO login issues with their USTA Officiating Development Hub account if their Leadership Lab account username is their email address instead of the format: first initial+last name (e.g., jnarey).
If a user has one account as an Official and another as a Committee Member, and the username for their Committee Member account is their email address, please escalate a ticket. [see example below]
IMPORTANT! If the Official account has an email address as its username and the username for the Committee Member account follows the first initial+last name format, then the accounts have already been corrected, and no further action is needed. [see example below]
