The USTA Leadership Lab Administrators asked that we attempt course troubleshooting with the user. Please use the SR below to start the troubleshooting process:


IMPORTANT!


If the issue persists after troubleshooting or if the user is frustrated and unwilling to troubleshoot, we are permitted to mark a course complete if one (or both) of the following requirements are met:


  • On the Training Details page, the View Time is equivalent to or exceeds the Training Hours.
  • The user provided a screenshot showing all sections of the course are completed or the last slide of the course.


Kindly refer to the 'How to Mark a Course as Complete' guide which contains detailed instructions on how to mark a course complete in CSOD.


If neither of the requirements shown above are met, please create a ticket and escalate it to the appropriate USTA Leadership Lab Administrators. Please include troubleshooting details.
