Users can browse the Events Calendar for ILT/VILTs and enroll in events/sessions that are available to them. 

If needed, you can proxy into their account (after asking for permission) to see the exact events that are available to them. Other than that, you can also search the Admin Catalog if the user provides the title, and look into the availability information.

Once you confirm the event is available to the user, please use the SR below to assist with enrolling.

Thank you for your patience while I looked into this for you. Please follow the steps below to locate and register for your In-person or Virtual event:

1. Click the GO TO LEARNING button from the Welcome page.

2. Click the Event Registration link under the 'Person Presenting' icon.

3. On the Events Calendar page, locate the event within the date you would like to attend and click the title.

4. You should be directed to the page with the session details. Click the Request button at the bottom.
