Due to how accounts will be created, is not expected that we will see multiple/duplicate accounts. However, should you identify multiple/duplicate accounts, please create and escalate the ticket to the Administrators.
IMPORTANT! If the user has two accounts, one for being an official and the one for being a committee member, please refer to Multiple Active Accounts | Official & Committee Member SR - see the below example of how the accounts would like in the portal. However, if you notice that one of the accounts is set as DUPE, it means that the admins have already proceed a merge request for the user and no further action is required. |
