It is not expected that we will receive deactivation requests. However, should a user reach out to us inquiring about deactivation, please create and escalate the ticket to the Administrators.
IMPORTANT! For National Staff, specifically, we were asked to provide the verbiage below, instead of escalating a ticket: The USTA National Team advised that once you contact Human Resources to process the termination, the account for the National Staff user will be deactivated in Leadership Lab automatically. |
