If a course has a certificate associated with it, the user will be able to locate the certificate by following the instructions within the SR below.
IMPORTANT! The required course for Board of Directors does not provide certificate. Additionally, Board of Directors and Committee Members do not see the regular welcome page with the Learning and Performance buttons, so please assist them with navigating to their transcripts via the hamburger menu. |

If a course has a certificate associated with it, you will be able to locate it by following the steps below:
1. Click the GO TO LEARNING button from the Welcome page.
2. Click the My Transcript link under the Clipboard icon.
3. On your transcript page, click the Active filter button and then select Completed.
4. A list of your completed courses will appear.
5. Locate the course and then click the View Certificate button next to it. If the course is part of a curriculum, you will need to click the 'Open Curriculum' button first.
Once you're able to follow the instructions above, please let me know if you are able to locate your certificate or if there's anything else I can assist you with at this time.
