The Board of Directors user base is very small, with just 5 users. The USTA Leadership Lab rollout for them will occur before the National Staff. Due to the small user base, it's not expected we will see account related issues. However, in the event that you encounter a Board of Directors member with an account related issue, please create a ticket and escalate it to the appropriate USTA Leadership Lab Administrators.
