The USTA Board of Directors and Committee Members were the first set of users to access the Leadership Lab. They log into Leadership Lab via username and email. Should they experience issues, we are permitted to manually reset their password and provide the temporary password via email.
IMPORTANT! Before resetting the user's password, please refer to the 'User Types' KB article to ensure the user is a Board of Directors member. This KB article only applies to the Board of Directors. |
