Seasonal Staff Employees hired for peak seasons, like during the US Open (a major tennis event that occurs at the end of August). How to Identify: They're under National Staff, so the 'Identifier' will say: USTA National Staff (USTA Structure). However, under 'User Subtype' it will say: Seasonal instead of FT, PT, etc. Login Link: Not set yet
Welcome Page: Upon login, they will see the Learner Home page instead of the welcome page with learning and performance buttons. |
Section/District Staff Non-corporate employees. How to Identify: 'Identifier' will say: Section Staff – [Name of the Section/District] (USTA Structure). Example: Section Staff - Florida (USTA Structure) Login Link: https://usta.csod.com/login/render.aspx?id=llexternal Login Type: Username and Password Welcome Page: Upon login, they will see a custom main welcome/homepage. It will not have a link to performance. |
