National Staff (Full Time)


Full Time Employees. 


How to Identify: They will have a @usta.com email address and 'Identifier' will say: USTA National Staff (USTA Structure). The 'User Subtype' will say: FT instead of Seasonal, PT, etc.

Welcome Page: Upon login, they will see the main welcome page, with the Learning and Performance buttons.


National Staff (Part Time)


Part Time Employees. 


How to Identify: They're under National Staff, so the 'Identifier' will say: USTA National Staff (USTA Structure). However, under 'User Subtype' it will say: PT instead of FT, Seasonal, etc.

  •  SSO (for users with an @usta.com email address)
  • Username and Password (for users who do not have an @usta.com email address)


Welcome Page: Upon login, they will see the main welcome page, with the Learning and Performance buttons (they are not required to complete the Performance Tasks), but Interns follow the Seasonal Staff experience.



Seasonal Staff


Employees hired for peak seasons, like during the US Open (a major tennis event that occurs at the end of August). 


How to Identify: They're under National Staff, so the 'Identifier' will say: USTA National Staff (USTA Structure). However, under 'User Subtype' it will say: Seasonal instead of FT, PT, etc.

Section/District Staff

Non-corporate employees.


How to Identify: 'Identifier' will say: Section Staff – [Name of the Section/District] (USTA Structure). Example: Section Staff - Florida (USTA Structure)

Members of the USTA Board of Directors.
