Mid-Year Performance Reviews launched on Monday, June 8th. The Administrators stated that they are encouraging the staff to update their goals, however, they are not required.
Note 1: Review Periods are from 1/1/2026 – 6/30/2026 and it is due by 7/13/2026
Note 2: Managers will have two tasks to complete, Manager’s Mid-Year Guide which is what they’ll need to access to review their staff members, and another task for self-review. As shown in the attached image below:

We have been informed that there will not be a playbook available for Mid-Year Reviews. However, you can complete your review by navigating to Go To Performance and selecting Performance Tasks
Within Performance Tasks, you will find My Mid-Year Guide assigned to you. Once opened, the guide provides instructions on how to use the review workspace, along with goal reminders and additional guidance to assist you throughout the process.
To complete your self-review, navigate to the Review Overview section and click Next in the bottom-right corner. Enter your comments in the appropriate field, and click Submit to forward your self-review.
