| What is the due date for the End Year Review tasks? | Tasks for Staff: The Self Review due date is 11/4/2025, and the due date for Sign Off is 12/5/2025. Tasks for Managers: The Manager Review due date is 11/18/2025, and the due date for Manager Sign Off is 12/1/2025. | Can I edit my already submitted Year End Review? | Kindly note that once a review is submitted or closed, it can’t be edited directly. However, you may reach out to your Manager so they can reopen the Self-Review task for you. Note: If reopened, you may need to re-enter your comments. |
| My Goals are not showing up in my Year End Review. What do I do? | Kindly note that only approved goals show up in the ‘WHAT YOU DID’ section of your Year End Review.

| While going through my Year End Review, I noticed I need to change/correct my Goals. How can I do that? | In order to make edits to your Goals, you will need to go directly to the Goals page. Please follow the steps below to navigate to the Goals page and edit your Goal: 1. From the homepage, click the ‘GO TO PERFORMANCE’ button. 2. Click the ‘Goals’ link/icon. 3. Locate the Goal you’d like to edit and click the down-facing arrow next to it. 4. From the drop-down options, click ‘Edit’. Once you’re on the edit screen, you should be able to edit or add tasks/targets to your goal. The USTA Leadership Lab advised should not finalize your review before this process is complete. |
| Why does my Year End Review status show as 'Closed'? | Kindly note that your Year End Review status is showing as 'Closed' because it is currently your Manager’s turn to review it, add comments, and complete their sign-off. Once your Manager has finished these steps, the Year End Review will open again for you to complete your own sign-off. After you have signed off, the Year End Review status will move to completion, and you will be able to find it by checking the 'Completed' checkbox under your 'My Assigned Reviews' page. |
