Why am I not able to update my Goal progress?Kindly reach out to your Manager, as goal progression will not be available until the Manager approves the Goal.
My Supervisor/Manager has not received notification about my Goals.Kindly note that there isn't an automated email that goes out from LeadershipLab by default. You would need to click the 'Send Approval Request' button in order to send the manager an email.

  • If the user has a question regarding a specific step, kindly access this guide to attempt to assist the user before escalating.

  • If you're assisting a Manager, please refer to the Goal Setting and Approval | Manager SR instead.

  • Ensure you switch the user to the ‘USTA Leadership Lab (Performance)’ group/room if you have not already as this SR is related to performance
